That's my tank at 6:46, it's a 20 gal with both real and fake plants and real and fake driftwood. There were 3 clown loaches, all hiding of course. I have since taken down that tank and combined it with a 10 gal into my 36 gallon. I have grown a lot since that photo was sent in, I'm all about live plants and real wood. Thanks for the review guys! :)
Btw the air stone was there because we had the craziest hot days here in Portugal and i had to use anything that would help with water movement. I've got 2 circulation pumps and a bigger setup. Thx for all the info you've been giving over time, it really helped me. Sorry for the long note. :)
wow after watching this vid ,I felt the need to watch again, but this time focusing on both of you. Raises the question, are you related? I only ask as both of you have the hand gestures and voice pitches when speaking. So was just thinking. Also when are you posting the next epp for the advanced tank build. Cheers keep up the vids
Hey Thomas I love your videos but a few things that I want to point out. Bluegill are not part of the cichlid family they belong to the sunfish family. If you do choose to keep native species as well as looking into your local laws please do you research as most but not all sunfish and good deal of our native catfish grow to large sizes and can be difficult to re-home due to laws in your area. As for tank size with the exception i believe of the 4 or 5 smallest species of the sunfish family they need Large tanks. A fully grown bluegill or sunfish is roughly the same size as an oscar and probably just as heavy of a waste producer. Having said that depending on your local laws bluespotted sunfish, barred sunfish, black barred sunfish, bantam sunfish and possibly dollar sunfish may make good options as do your Madtom catfish. As for the comments about Amano shrimp not really breeding that has to do with Amanos needing salt in their water for the larval stage however salt will kill adults so not the easiest thing to breed in a tank.
Thanks for sending it in! About 250 people also sent in their stuff in January 😂 so we’re doing our best to make it through. We do appreciate you sharing it with us and will get to it as soon as possible!
Multiple tanks syndrome is taking over me for the third time!!!!! I want to add a 5g betta😩 Also, I upgraded my tanks a few times before it gets my turn 😬
I woke up this morning and it sounded like the filter was grinding (not sure if that's how it sounds when ran with no water or not) I had absolutely no water in tank from over one night... 2 month old 30 gallon tank no visible cracks..... what could have happened
When you say that you're getting to the submissions one-by-one, does that mean every submission will get into a video eventually (even my lame one lol)?

JJ aquariums with the tank on show👌🏻 that tank will look great once the Monte Carlo fills in!
Marshall take those rocks and make a rock pile around the sponge filter... Then you have a nice safe spawning place that won't really impede flow
Hey marshal from Pittsburgh, I'm Adam from elk county. Hello, from a fellow PA resident
Where are the salt water tanks? 😩
